The Kerala Realtors Association (KRA) is a professional body of licensed real estate practitioners dedicated to raising the standards of the real estate industry in Kerala. Founded in 2013 and registered as a Charitable Society, KRA represents a trusted community of professional realtors who believe in ethical business, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Our registered office is located at Greenland Heights,5th Floor, Civil Line Road, Palarivattom-682025, and the Association is governed by a Board comprising a President, Secretary, Treasurer, and 12 Executive Committee Members who lead various committees that strengthen the organization and its members. KRA members meet once a month as a group, along with several smaller meetings designed to foster collaboration, build trust, and create business opportunities. The Association also partners with builders to market their projects collectively, enabling a win–win environment for all stakeholders.
The National Association of Realtors – India (NAR India) is the apex national body representing organized real estate professionals across the country. Headquartered in New Delhi, NAR India has a network of over 45 city associations across 16 states, representing more than 50,000 realtors. It is affiliated with NAR USA, based in Chicago, and connected with several global real estate organizations — giving Indian realtors global reach and opportunities.

My name is Priya Sunil, and I have been associated with KRA since 2018 as the HR Manager. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, I have had the opportunity to work closely with people, processes, and organizational development. Throughout my professional journey, I have witnessed the importance of effective communication, transparency, and accessibility in building strong professional communities. Our association remains committed to innovation, engagement, and growth. By strengthening communication, encouraging collaboration, and creating more opportunities for knowledge sharing and networking, we continue to support the collective vision and long-term progress of our members.
